Phlight Academies
These intensive levels certify others to do the work of Integrative Youth Development™ in their homes, schools, agencies, organizations, and communities.
- Phlight Academy 1: Promotion and Education (2 days) — Certifies participant to become a Phellow on the ICAR-US Team
- Phlight Academy 2: Education and Coaching (2 days) — Certifies participant to become a Phaculty Member on the ICAR-US Team
- Phlight Academy 3: Coaching and Mentoring (2 days) — Certifies participant to become a Phlight Instructor on the ICAR-US Team
Phlight Instructor competence is sustained through annual retreats that are held throughout the United States. Annual re-certification of Phlight Instructors occurs at the annual retreats. For more information please contact Academies@icar-us.com.
